There are two versions of the Food Profile Utility, both are identical. The purchase version includes 1 year of updates (software & food file updates) and a copy of the Food Research Manual with its updates as well.
The free version has the most recent version of the food files but does not include updates or the Food Research Manual.
You will find this utility very useful for giving you complete nutrient contents for foods. It does not depend on an internet link and can reside on your desktop.
